As a preparation for the second transnational meeting in October in Barcelona all partners do a research in their countries based on a template made by leading partner Eucon e.V.
The aim is to have a concrete idea of how the situation is in every country in non- formal learning, which projects are offered by the governments and how is the situation on young NEETS. The partners are bringing together their good practices and experiences in the field of projects with young NEETS.
To have the same starting point in this “Live Learning” project, in this phase it is very important to have a concrete idea of the situation of every country to have also the possibility to compare and share experiences in the same field. As for example Spain and Sweden are completely different countries (culturally and also geographically) we can already see a lot of differences in the school system which automatically generates different problems when youngsters finish or break up school.
Which possibilities or offers of non formal learning do they have?
Are there national or governmental institutions which help specifically to young NEETS between 16 – 25 years? Are there programs in the countries for this target group or is the target too small to be followed or considered by the governments? How is the political discourse about this subject in the different countries of the European Union?
These are the questions on what the partners are working at the moment to scratch a complete and complex picture of the Status Quo of every country.
